The s4 is new with a better chip, no possible way iPhone would win, and I’m

the s4 is faster than the iphone 5, ok. just wait until the new iphone will
be released because apple is actually patient and doesn’t launch a new
    phone every 4 months.

Few things. S4 is a NEWER phone with a faster chip than the iPhone 5 which
was released LAST YEAR. Secondly, why not do the test on cellular network
in real world conditions? A fair comparison would be the S4 and the 5S
thats soon to be released. Your testing a one year old phone with a newer
    one.

the only thing you can get from ST directly now is T-Mobile and there
network is only good near the city center. all Chinese smartphones and
tablets have a high probability of pre-installed malware, it is not like
domestic trackers but malware that actually hijacks your phone when they
    want to look at it.

I would just buy from ST and not mess with an eBay SIM phone (and I use
eBay). Re: China, I’m more concerned with potentially embedded covert
tracking, etc., than anything, but then domestic Internet and phone
providers are doing the same thing. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks for your service. I have some hesitation about Huawei although specs
look good; after posting this I read that recorded sound is better on
Samsung. You wouldn’t get throttled for watching 10 min. of YT vids a day.
I do so and don’t get throttled.

Most of the AT&T ones you see on eBay are throttled accounts.

Following up here, just went into my Analtyics. My ST Samsung Galaxy
Proclaim is served by Verizon: myvzw.com. So you can get a ST phone
directly from ST that is served by Verizon; I use one.

Just avoid anything with a Chinese name unless you want a throw away, they
have no quality control. I used to have a ST flip phone 4yrs ago, it was a
good deal but when I got the smartphone I started using data and after 1GB
use in about two weeks they put a permanent throttle on my account. I hoped
the next month it would be lifted but no. About the only new SIM you can
buy on ST is T-Mobile, AT&T stopped selling and I haven’t seen a new
    Verizon SIM. Only grandfathered SIMs.
