OMG if you guys couldn’t be any more stupid than to react in anger to this
horseshit or believe this is going to make a difference in your life. I
came here because some reviewer left this link available to prove touchwiz
is laggy. Guys… if you have to put something in slow motion to prove a
point, it’s going to far and becoming ridiculous. Sure, if you put two
phones close together to test it will result in one phone going faster than
the other. You won’t notice if you carry each phone individually! Each has
its ups and downs. Damn if you were my kid and I wouldn’t care how old you
are, I’d slap you right across the side of your damn face if you complained
about how the phone reacts 0.8 secs slower than the other. For fucks sake
    give it a rest!

I have Note 3 on a 24 month contract. I am wanting to sell it and get HTC
One M8, obviously I would sell the phone and not the sim card in it, but I
was thinking can I do that cause when I go for a upgrade won’t the show
know I have a different though? that’s the only thing I am worried about
that when I go for a upgrade the shop will notice I have a different phone.
What I am trying to say is I have a Note 3 on a 24 month contact, will I be
able to sell the phone (without the sim card) and get a new phone?

Touchwiz isn’t memory intensive, the apps/widgets/extras that are easily
disabled are. Run a custom launcher after deleting everything from the TW
launcher and memory usage won’t even be a consideration.

Yep can’t argue with the multi tasking thing, m8 is very fast moving app to
app, I wouldn’t call it a lag on s5,i think for whatever reason that’s just
just have a little pause. Also when actually going into the recent apps, I
think there’s a delay because it’s waiting just incase your doing a long
pause for menu. Just like how there use to be a delay with the home button
for s voice.. I think for most people the multitasking speed shouldn’t be
an issue. I doubt most people will be changing apps every second in this
test where it’s noticeable but Yh shouldn’t be like that to start with. Ah
well it’s getting there tw lol, I like tw and the smoothness is great now,
no real stutters or anything in animations like there was with S4 at the
start.. Do a s4(if you still got one) to s5 comparison, would like to know
if there’s change in multi tasking speed there

Firstly s5 just looks like a Chinese product sold in India, the s4 looked
little better.. Htc one m8 little bit smoother than nexus 5 so it has to
crush the nexus 5.. Those who think that s5 google play edition will be
fast it won’t lag, but then u still paying double for the same speed..
There will be hardly any difference nexus 5 and s5 gpe

This is why I should never watch so called “reviewer videos” They’re 99%
biased with their opinion instead of staying neutral as they really should
be…. Everyone else should do the same and go with your decision since
it’s your money from your pocket!

When would a person switch back and forth as fast as possible between
multiple previously opened apps? That’s not multitasking. Real world, I
    think no noticeable difference.

I think your videos are really good and you are not biased like some of the
other reviewers. You give everything a fair chance and it’s short, sweet
and straight to the point with your videos. Most of us like that. Also

Great video Oode 🙂 these comparisons have come a long way, great camera
quality with slow motion and accurately timed app tapping really gets the
point across. The new comparison of how each device is using the available
RAM and what effect this has on user experience once apps start to require
a reload is another great addition. This is something I’ve felt for a while
as being a downside to Samsung devices in particular. Keep it up man!
