Apple are not late to the game. They are not in the game. The review
staredt of biased from the very beginning when you stated you are not
interested in the camera on the gear 2. If you are really comparing Android
where vs Tizen on gear 2, you should omit their hardware differences
entirely. I personally like gear 2 because of the camera. I would like
Google now of course. As of right now, gear 2 has more functions than
Android wear because of the camera and originating new text messages and
    such.

I have the Gear 2. When you search in the Play store for apps for the Gear
Live, there’s a lot more already available then for the Gear 2. There’s was
Evernote available for the the original Gear 1, but I can’t find it for my
Gear 2. That’s only an example of one app. Pretty sure there’s a lot of
other ones missing for the Gear 2. I’m afraid that the Gear 2 is going to
quickly fade away like HD dvd vs Blue Ray. Just think about it. How many
Samsung apps is available for a Galaxy phone. Not many. The ones that
pretty much comes pre installed. But we don’t have to worry. It’s running
Android. There’s plenty of apps available for Android. Why would developers
spent time for apps for the Gear 2. It’s only one manufacturer. While for
Android wear, it’s more than one. Should I sell mine while I can still get
some money for? Can’t get much for my Hd dvd player/burner nowadays. Or
should a see if there’s away to install Android wear on my Gear 2?

This was not really a comparison of the Gear Live and Gear 2 Neo but a
    review of the Gear Live.
