Tempted to get a Moto 360 but still unsure about the battery life and
performance. Shame there aren’t any other circular ones than the lg g watch
r, as I would go for that but the massive bezel is a turn off

I got the update a couple days ago and it’s absolutely amazing! They really
thought of a lot of things. Some things I had hoped they would do and
others I had never thought of, like theater mode. The only thing I don’t
like which is not that big of a deal is after you voice dictate a message
and it displays the message as it is sending, it grays out to a very light
faded grey that is very difficult to read. There’s so much new bold print I
wish they had used that type of print for outgoing messages so it can be
read at a glance and cancelled if it is not correct. But in general the
update is just amazing. It’s like having a new device!

it would be better for google to put a mini Launcher, at which when you
swipe in a specific direction it brings all installed apps in a nice way.
Don’t know why google is always doing things so late. in next year when
iSHIT comes out, and Googe tries to show or put a similar launcher to what
we seen, people will say google copied apple. so hope google does it before
    them this time!!!

Does anyone know if this is coming to every android wear device? Or just
those people who have Android 5.0 installed on their phones?
I.e. I only have 4.3 on my phone, will my watch still get the 5.0.1 update?
    Thanks

You can really see here how laggy and unresponsive the Moto 360 is.
Countless missed touches and laggy animations. I’m so glad I got an LG G
    Watch instead.

+Droid Life you have forgotten to mention about the ripple effect like

(next , previous) and so on…

Do you know if they’ve done anything to fix when Wear buzzes for
    notifications?

Long story short, sometimes wear won’t buzz for notifications since it
doesn’t make the phone vibrate. Even more confusing (take Skype for
example) If your phone is on vibrate, but your notification didn’t vivrate
when it was on regular volume alert, it STILL won’t buzz your wrist.

If that sounds confusing and stupid, that’s because it is.

I’ve just updated to Android Lollipop 5.0.1 and now cannot see where I

I wish they would put something more productive on the long press.
Seriously, changing faces isn’t really something i would consider a
priority function. How about making it an app drawer?

What about if you already own an app such as Facer, do all the watch faces
I’ve downloaded show up there on the wear app or just the Facer
    application?

Nice review, but just wanted to point out that your S3 is actually picking
up a better wifi signal than your Note 2…..a lower dbm number is better.

They both display identical amounts of data…only larger on note 2…since
they both have 16:9 aspect ratio…only note 1 was 16:10…which actually
shows more information per page….great video just wanted to clear that up
